What It Is
You complete an intake, come in fasting for laboratory testing and an InBody 770 body-composition scan, then sit down with Dr. Hammonds once those results are back. The visit produces a written plan. Recommendations can include nutrition, exercise, supplements, lifestyle changes, Recovery Suite modalities, and peptides when they fit the clinical picture. The plan is yours. It is adjusted as repeat labs, InBody, and symptoms change.
Who It Is For
- Adults who feel flat, inflamed, or under-recovered despite “doing the right things”
- Active people and masters athletes who want training and recovery matched to labs, not to a generic plan
- Patients navigating perimenopause, metabolic change, or a stall in body composition
- Anyone who wants a physician to interpret fasting labs and an InBody scan before recommending supplements or peptides
It is not an acute-injury visit. New pain, a sports injury, or a procedure question should be booked as a sports-medicine consult. The two can run together once the diagnosis is clear.
How to Get Set Up
Step 1. Contact the clinic for the intake form. Call (870) 232-5309 or use the contact form. We send intake before any testing so the labs match the questions you actually have.
Step 2. Fasting labs and InBody. You are scheduled for a venipuncture visit and an InBody 770 scan. Come fasting. Prep instructions arrive with the appointment.
Step 3. Physician visit. When results are back, you meet with Dr. Hammonds to review them and leave with a personalized plan. That plan can include nutrition, exercise, supplements, lifestyle changes, recovery services, and peptides when appropriate.
Recovery Suite sessions — mild HBOT, PEMF, compression, cryotherapy, red light, infrared sauna — can be booked with the Recovery Suite once they are part of the plan, or earlier if you simply want a recovery session. They do not replace the physician visit.
