ForceDecks
ForceDecks are dual force plates. A short series of jumps, squats, or balance holds shows peak force, asymmetry, and how each leg contributes. That is more useful than a single-leg hop score when we are clearing a return to running, court sport, or work.

DynaMo Plus
DynaMo Plus is a handheld dynamometer. It measures strength and range at a specific joint — shoulder, hip, knee, grip — so a “feels weak” complaint becomes a number we can retest.

Used For:
  • Return-to-sport and return-to-running decisions
  • Side-to-side comparison after injury or surgery elsewhere
  • Baseline testing for in-season athletes
  • Objective follow-up after shockwave, orthobiologics, or rehabilitation

Wear training shoes you can move in. A typical ForceDecks session is short. DynaMo testing is often added to a physician or therapy visit rather than booked alone.
